This tool offers concise, spoken insights on select product pages, allowing users to quickly grasp key details and customer feedback. By tapping the “Hear the highlights” button in the Amazon Shopping app, shoppers can listen to AI-generated summaries in a conversational tone.
Currently available to a limited group of U.S. customers, Amazon plans to expand the feature to more users and products in the near future. This initiative aligns with the company’s broader AI-driven shopping tools, including Rufus, Shopping Guides, and Review Highlights.
